Refund/Return Policy

Overview

HealthPack will accept returns if any of the product is defective, false or do not have the features as advertised. Products can be returned and exchanged within 72 hrs by contacting the customer service on WhatsApp on 0300-1002607.


Not Eligible for Returns or Exchange

Refrigerated items, Medicine packed in Sachets, Loose Tablets or Capsules, Inhalers, Sprays, Personal Hygiene Products, Baby Care, Baby Milk, Diapers, Dermatology Products, Surgical etc are neither returnable nor exchangeable.


How to Return

Products can be returned and exchanged within 72 hrs by contacting the customer service on WhatsApp on 0300-1002607. Keep the original packaging and receipt on hand for verification. Once your return is processed our rider will pick up the items from you


Order Cancellation

Cancellation of an order can be done via customer service through WhatsApp on 0300-1002607. Once medicine are cut and packed in individual sachets, return, exchange, cancellation or refund will not be applicable.


Return Policy

Once your order is approved for refund, it will take 48-72 hours for you to received you refund. Refunds can only to issued to your Healthpack account as a credit or to any bank account under customers name.
