Is Healthpack.pk a Licensed Pharmacy?

Yes, we are a fully licensed Pharmacy..

Do you have Qualified persons working at your Pharmacy?

Yes, we have Qualified Pharmacists and Nutritionist available to supervise our operations and provide help and support to our customers.

How do I upload prescription?

You can send us the prescription via WhatsApp or upload it on or website or mobile app.

What if I don’t have a prescription?

Unfortunately, prescription drugs can only be processed with a valid prescription, however you can purchase any other product that doesn’t require a prescription. Consultation of a licensed healthcare professional is necessary for prescription medications.

What modes of payments you accept?

Healthpack offers 3 modes of payment: 1. Cash on Delivery 2. Debit/Credit Card 3. Bank Transfer

What are you operating hours?

We are operational Monday- Sunday. Please drop us a message and customer service will reply as soon as possible.

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, You can make changes to your order until you receive a confirmation for that order. You will not be able to edit your order after your order has been confirmed.

Can I cancel the order?

Yes, you can cancel your order anytime before its packed in sachets. Once the order has been cut or packed and shipped from our warehouses to you, you will not be able to cancel it.

How do I know that my order has been placed?

You will receive a conformation message or email once we have confirmed your order. Contact customer support in case you don’t receive it within given time.

Do you provide deliveries in all Cities?

We are only providing deliveries in Lahore for now. We are planning to add many more cities in near future.

How Long will it take to deliver my order?

If your order was confirmed by us before 3pm then you will receive delivery next day. However delivery time may vary because of the product availability

What are delivery charges?

Delivery is Free for all order above Rs 2000.

What is the minimum number of days for which Healthpack Sachets can be ordered?

We can deliver a minimum of 1 week’s medications in our unique sachets. Maximum of 4 weeks of medication can come in sachets in one box.

Can I order syrup, Inhalers and any other general items?

Yes, we can deliver these medications and some of the general items too.
